Inlandproduktion
Die inländische Fleischproduktion hat einen hohen Stellenwert, über 75% des konsumierten Fleisches stammt aus Schweizer Produktion. Anteilmässig ist der Inlandanteil beim Kalbfleisch am höchsten, gefolgt von Schweinefleisch und Rindfleisch. Beim Geflügel stammt nur knapp die Hälfte des konsumierten Fleisches von Schweizer Landwirtschaftsbetrieben.
